It’s no mistake that the first episode covers the morning routine. The ability to begin each day with the mind and body prepped for success is a foundational Misfit Project practice. With the body primed and the mind fully awake, we take a final step by setting our intentions for the day with some to-do’s and potentially even more importantly something to remind us who we want to be out in the world.
