Episode 1 - The Interview

Welcome to the official launch of The Misfit Project. This episode of the podcast is trying to accomplish two things: the first is just to let you know who we are and what we’re doing, the second is the tall task of trying to convince you to tune in indefinitely. Over the course of the next six weeks we will be tackling the topics we believe are the keys to completely changing your health and wellbeing. The goal with these topics and tips is to keep things simple, cost effective, and impactful. The order we have chosen for these topics to unfold may not create the sexiest headlines as we get started, but we promise it’s worth your time to stick around through the full six weeks. We are beyond excited to get started and are fully committed to filling the expectations we’ve laid out.
