Welcome to the Misfit Project.
When I say your health and wellbeing are my number one goal, I really mean it. Throughout my journey in this field I have found that the more people I help and convince to join me on my path to being happier and healthier, the happier and healthier I become myself. So much of that is the result feeling supported in what I do. By trade I am both a strength and conditioning coach, as well as a health and lifestyle coach. My pursuits in health began in a similar fashion to most. I wanted to look and perform better as a way to boost confidence, whether I admitted it to myself or not. As certain protocols began to emerge as more efficacious than others I began to feel better, and it was only then that I was able to shift my motivation and focus to a more meaningful pursuit. After years of studying, testing, coaching, and re-evaluating methods I decided that I wanted to take it upon myself to motivative, educate, empower, and convince the public to join me in taking control of their health and wellbeing. It is my personal promise to everyone that joins our community that I will always look at the information presented to me with all of you in mind and not my own personal biases or interests.
